Most consulting contracts deliver monthly — kickoff at the start, report at the end. We designed a weekly rhythm: deliverables every Friday, working sessions every Monday or Tuesday, mid-week is the team processing window. But this is not simply “submitting homework every week.”

The 13 weeks were designed across four density gradients: early weeks focus on signal interception and baseline establishment; the mid-engagement phase shifts to direction confirmation with integrated reporting and development roadmaps; the deep evaluation phase covers material evaluation and supplier verification; the final phase delivers closeout deliverables and transitions to the long-term agreement.
The exhibition week demonstrated the rhythm’s elasticity: regular deliverables paused, replaced by a dedicated exhibition intelligence report — the delivery form changed, but delivery did not stop. The client attended the exhibition alongside our team, and the exhibition itself became an immersive deliverable.
The core design principle is “delivery aligned to decisions”: each week’s deliverable is not an isolated document but a precisely timed (with sessions regularly extending well beyond the scheduled window) input for the client’s next decision. When the client needs to make a core architecture decision, we deliver a core comparison report. When the client needs to confirm a retail channel timeline, we deliver a critical path analysis.
