Identify, test, and lock raw materials for each product layer based on performance targets established in Phase 1.

Complete technical package including BOM, cross-section diagrams, tolerance ranges, and test protocols — ready for manufacturer quoting.

DFM Review & Pilot Run
Design-for-manufacturability review with selected converter, followed by pilot production run to validate specifications under real factory conditions.
